« Macau is vibrant with colors, money, money, and more money! 💰💰💰 And there's a huge crowd of visitors everywhere. The casinos are absolutely luxurious! They've even created a mini Venice with a Grand Canal and gondoliers who entertained us with beautiful songs. 🇮🇹✨ »

« The Tower in Macau is part of the World Federation of Great Towers and, besides its recreational functions, serves for communication and broadcasting. However, it's primarily known for having the highest commercial bungee jump platform in the world. This attraction earned it a spot in the Guinness World Records. In 2006, the pioneer of bungee jumping, AJ Hackett, set his own record here by jumping from a height of 223 meters. The jump costs about $988, which is roughly equivalent to $130 in local currency. »

« Visa for Macau is typically not required, but be prepared to show $1,500 in CASH before being allowed through the border!! »

« In this massive entertainment complex-casino, the lobby is filled with luxury, and there are three shiny Ferraris on display. The atmosphere screams opulence! I couldn't resist and played for $20 before heading off to bed. Also, it features the world's only Ferris wheel integrated into the building's facade—just look at it, it's an infinity symbol! »

« I really wanted to jump from the top, but the price destroyed me—$3088, and that doesn't even include photos and video. »

« Stepping out of the hostel and walking for 10 minutes, I found myself in Macau. The passport control took just 7 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. I took a minibus to the campsite located by the South China Sea, where the price for a night is $5 HKD. It's 30 degrees outside, and the sun is beating down mercilessly; no one is swimming at the beach, although it is quite clean despite the occasional litter washed ashore. The sand is black, and the sound of the waves combined with the dripping sweat reminded me it was time to take a dip. The warm, murky water was refreshing and brought a blissful smile to my face.

Everything you need is nearby—showers, toilets, shops, and cafes, though the prices are unpleasantly high. A 750 ml bottle of water costs $5. I found the cheapest place to eat for $21, which is about 2-2.5 times more expensive than in mainland China. A joyful fact: there’s a five-star hotel close by where you can use the internet and take a free bus to the city that runs without stops every 30 minutes. Many locals use it, which is very convenient. The former Portuguese colony has mosaic sidewalks and charming little streets perfect for wandering. The two official languages are Portuguese and Chinese, and many locals speak English quite well. There's a noticeable presence of Europeans around as well.

It’s hard to miss the casinos. The minimum bets at the tables start at $100, catering to high rollers or those with empty pockets, but you can find slot machines where you can play starting from $10. »

« Of course, the main reason to visit Macau is the casinos. Income from the gambling business accounts for 70% of the city’s budget. The casinos operate day and night. You can find a gaming establishment at nearly every hotel. I've never been to Las Vegas, so it's hard for me to compare, but the size of the hotels and casinos is impressive. You can spend all day wandering through different hotels, casinos, restaurants, and shops without ever stepping outside. One thing to keep in mind is that the casinos only accept Hong Kong dollars, although Macau has its own currency – the pataca. Generally, you can pay in stores with Hong Kong dollars, but your change will be given in patacas. 😄🎲 »

« I went to their famous dog races))) I got a ticket for 10 local dollars. It's even better than the pricey grandstands: you can get right up to the railing, and nobody pushes you away. »

« I'm really impressed with Macau! The time here feels so short! There's insane shopping, stunning architecture, and the Portuguese wine is just incredible!!! I even visited a casino and spent $20!!! Next time, I'm definitely staying in Macau for a longer time! 😊🍷🎰 »

« The whole area is filled with casinos, and the center feels quite crowded. We went into one, placed $100 on red, and won $200. That’s better luck than last week at the races... 😊✨ »

« Panda Park in Macau is really cute, there are 2 enclosures with 1 panda in each. The admission fee is $0.50. The pandas mostly sleep or move 2 meters before flopping down again. 🐼😊 »

« The rooms at Galaxy offer a stunning view. Room rates range from $200 to $300 per night. »
