« So, I didn't finish talking about the bars. To fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of medieval Bruges, to the point where you don't even need to imagine anything—except maybe for the costumes—everything: the chairs, the walls, the stones within those walls, and the clattering of horse hooves on the cobblestones, all tell the story of this time, this timeless history of old Bruges. You should definitely visit De Garre and Cafe Vlissinghe. They can't really be classified as tourist spots, which is nice; if you don't know about them, you probably won’t stumble upon them. The first one is tucked away in a very narrow dead-end alley, and by the way, the locals say there's a lovely little restaurant called The Cookies nearby. The second one is an impressive 500 years old! :) In the photo, the bar looks just the same as it does now. »

« The Belfry Tower in Bruges was built in 1240. It has been expanded and restored many times since, of course. But it undoubtedly remains the main attraction of this ancient Flemish city. »

« It was the most Belgian day :) Diamond museum, a tour of a brewery, chocolate museum, and just the most beautiful Christmas square :) Now I understand why you want to sink into this city and never come back... »

« In Bruges, we had a busy art program - a whole day spent in museums! Besides the diamond museum and the beer museum, we also visited the chocolate museum, where we watched the process of making the famous chocolate shells - and got to taste them. It's a pity we didn't have time for the fries museum. »

« Today was a wonderful and eventful day, even with the rain! 😊 We climbed the bell tower, visited the Church of Our Lady, and explored two museums: the Old Hospital and the 15th Century History Museum of Bruges. And believe me, there's still so much more to see here! 🌧️✨ »

« In the heart of the Belgian city of Bruges stands the Belfry, one of the most beautiful towers in Europe. This significant historical landmark began its story in the 13th century, specifically in 1240, when a stone tower adorned with a wooden spire emerged at the city's covered market. »
