« I'm definitely not an expert on hotels and have no idea how they earn their stars, but I've thought about it a couple of times. On the plus side: the beach is just a stone's throw away, air conditioning is constantly on everywhere, there’s a restaurant and café, a shop with fancy and not-so-fancy stuff, a massage and fitness room, a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor bars, a mini park, a pool, and daily cleaning, plus sun loungers by the sea and entertainment programs. On the downside: sockets (you could rent an adapter at the reception for about $2.50) and the internet (I would take away a star for the Wi-Fi). I'm sure I missed something... 😊 »

« The Botanical Garden in Cyprus is a treasure trove of different herbs, spices, and plants. We found an ad for it, hopped in a taxi, and made our way there! The entrance fee is 5 euros per person. 😊🌿 »

« I gave a friend 2 euros for a photo! Yes, the background is a cemetery. »

« The sea is a stunning shade of blue, and the beach has beautiful soft sand, though there are some rocky areas when you enter. The beach is clean and well-kept. Compared to Nissi Beach, which is much dirtier, with seaweed littering the shore, this place feels much cozier. There are always nice spots to choose from, whether you want to rent a sunbed for around $2-2.50 each (about $6 or $7.50 for two sunbeds and an umbrella) or enjoy the beach for free on your towel. 😊🏖️ »
