« Friends, nothing has moved me quite like the cathedral in Strasbourg. Not the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, nor the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. For over 200 years, it held the title of the tallest building in the world. Victor Hugo called it a "gigantic delicate marvel," and Goethe referred to it as the "lofty high tree of God." It's all thanks to its unique architectural composition and the soaring 142-meter spire that can be seen far beyond the city's limits, across the Rhine. When you face it head-on (especially at night), you can't help but feel a connection to history, which I believe is far more valuable than just seeing a landmark. »

« Strasbourg is such a fascinating place with its historical wine cellar located right in the hospital. Up until the 19th century, wine was considered a remedy, and every patient was entitled to 0.5 gallons of wine a day! 🍷 »

« The Kammerzell House is yet another landmark in Strasbourg. »

« Well, of course I couldn't let myself leave Strasbourg without visiting a very important building - the Council of Europe. »
