« 1.84 euros for 1 liter of gasoline is really expensive. »

« Genoa is a large city on the coast, nestled in the mountains and stretching along the sea, which means getting anywhere takes a long, winding journey on the bus. Oh, and there's a metro in Genoa—just one line, but it's definitely faster than the buses. A ticket for 100 minutes costs €1.60, and just like in Milan, you need to validate it both when you enter and when you exit. Somehow, we ended up with just one ticket for the whole day—after that, we managed to get in and out without passing through the turnstiles. In fact, we rode around all day without tickets—our guide seemed totally at ease, so I figured this was the norm. 😊 »

« Genoa... Behind me is a closed observation deck that is lifted by this crane. You can see the entire city. It costs €4. »
