« It turns out that the Cube Houses are just an ordinary hostel located not far from the center of Rotterdam. We were curious about the price for a night's stay there. As it turns out, the price varies. If you don’t mind sharing a room with 5 strangers, it will cost about $16. However, if you'd rather not share, a room for two will set you back around $64 per night. Not exactly cheap! If you’re on a tight budget, it's definitely better to rent an apartment. Affordable and practical! »

« Home with cube shapes and pencil houses. Apartments starting at $320,000 - an expensive originality, Dutch style. »

« You can visit the suburbs to see the windmills in two ways: with a boat tour (€19) or by going on your own (price varies). »

« The Rotterdam Pass allows you to enjoy various services all over the city for free or at a discount. For instance, this photo was taken in one of the famous cube houses, which you can enter for free with the Rotterdam Pass. It costs $13.50 for students, and I made the money back in just one day! 😊 »

« We weren't particularly lucky with Rotterdam. We were just passing through and decided to stroll around for a couple of hours. The navigator took us to the center, which turned out to be quite far from the old town. So our paid parking hours ran out quickly, and we barely managed to see anything. Honestly, it’s better not to drive in the Netherlands. Hotels in Amsterdam don’t offer free parking, and our hotel charged $27 per day for parking. However, there are budget-friendly options called Park & Ride available for $9 per 24 hours. We moved our car there on the second day. But in the end, we paid the same $27 because the discounted rate only applies if you have a tram ticket. »
