« 🇸🇪 Göteborg - the second largest city in Sweden. First of all, if you’re here, you should definitely try the local seafood. Thanks to the mild climate, seafood is grown very tender and fresh. The most popular seafood 🍽️: and despite Sweden being considered an expensive country, it is worth making the trip here. In this post, I’ll share how to not only navigate the city but also enjoy Göteborg.

The first thing that attracts any tourist is how to get here. ✈️ There are no direct flights, but you can fly in from Budapest. This is the cheapest way to get here. A flight from Budapest will cost around $15. You can also buy tickets from $15. The city itself is very beautiful; I recommend buying a ticket for the hop-on-hop-off bus valid for 24 hours. First, you can easily explore all the attractions, and then secondly enjoy public transportation. There’s also an old tram that circulates around the city, and in nice weather, I suggest taking a boat ticket.

Göteborg is really green, where parks are found at every turn, one of them being Trädgårdsföreningen. If you arrive with kids, head to the science center-university Universeum. You will really enjoy spending time there with your family. Here you can see animals and participate in experiments. 🦋

Where to stay? Living in Sweden isn’t cheap. You can find hotels from $50, but I recommend leaving a request on Couchsurfing, as someone is bound to open their doors to your request. Would you like to visit Sweden? 🗺️ »

« Mashin in the mountains is small, but many people are riding around on bikes or scooters. Scooters are often seen on the streets and are available for self-rental, costing around $25 for three days... Walking around is no less enjoyable 😊🛴🚲 »
