« Under the shadow of the mountain Pilatus in Switzerland lies the stunning city of Lucerne. The city is primarily Catholic and is situated by the beautiful Lake Lucerne. It’s famous for its architecture🏰, several bridges, and the Rosengart Collection Museum. This museum houses an extensive collection of Picasso’s works, alongside pieces by Chagall, Kandinsky, and others. I absolutely loved the collection! 👌 Locals say, "If you’ve been to Switzerland and haven’t visited Lucerne, it's a missed opportunity." 😊 I couldn’t agree more with them! This place is definitely worth a visit! 👌👀 »

« It's worth taking an hour to visit the stunning panorama overlooking the Roys River. Can you believe that anyone could live in such beauty and eventually get used to it? 😳 »

« I encountered a fascinating character while wandering through Lucerne.

The town is incredibly beautiful. Surrounded by mountains... the scenery is just enchanting! And the presence of a stunning lake populated with swans makes it feel almost magical.
It’s definitely worth a visit, despite the rather high prices, which can be a bit shocking. With the average salary in Switzerland at around $5,000 monthly, one can understand the costs here.✨  »

« Lucerne is located on the shores of Lake Lucerne, from which the old river Reuss flows. The water level of the river is regularly regulated by sluices. »

« You spin around your axis, and before you are the Alps in their snowy caps. Amazing. Fresh air, calm, it's easy to breathe.

And that transparent water in the mountain river, so clear that you can even see it at night. The fish swim in this crystal-clear water, leaving only their fins on the surface like jewels.

It's astounding how right there, you just need to open your eyes. And when they are open, everything around me feels so vivid. 😮 »

« Photos are never enough to convey the beauty of this stunning mountain range😍 It's hard to believe that this was actually real. Moments like these make life worth living, traveling, and carrying a huge backpack. »

« The wooden bridge in Lucerne is called the Chapel Bridge 😊. It dates back to the 14th century - the oldest in Europe. »

« Luzern is such a charming place, a paradise for those who appreciate comfortable living and have a love for stunning nature. It feels like you're walking down a lively street, but just a glance away reveals the majestic snow-capped peaks of the Alps...🗻💖😻 »

« Today, I strolled through the beautiful town of Lucerne. I've come across many notes online saying this place is considered the most picturesque in Switzerland, and locals seem to share the same sentiment. In my opinion, Zurich isn’t bad either, but Lucerne definitely deserves a visit. A day here is more than enough to appreciate its charm and experience its charming atmosphere. It truly feels like a postcard come to life. 😊🏞️ »

« For our trip to Lucerne, we ended up choosing it quite randomly: we saw it on our way to Geneva and somehow thought it looked like a scene straight out of a fairy tale. 😍 The picturesque waterfront with old wooden bridges and narrow alleyways filled with charming little houses felt like the illustrations from a storybook. 📚🏞️ We later learned that this destination ranks first on the list of Switzerland's most beautiful spots. 💖 It truly was the brightest highlight of our journey. 😊👋🏔️❤️ »

« A small house, an affordable car. But this house is truly representative of a family in this countryside. The house starts at around 2 million Swiss francs here, not far from Lucerne. However, no one wants to sell. The stress is enormous. But... the ecology and peaceful environment here make locals live without any stress or wars. The highest standards of living are exactly here. 😊✨ »

« When I wrote that I love the fall, I completely forgot about roasted chestnuts. And without them, autumn in Switzerland just doesn't feel right! I really enjoy them during this season.

You can buy chestnuts directly on the street from vendors or in those charming little stalls. It's definitely worth a try - you might just find it’s your thing! 🌰🥰 »

« Among all the destinations we visited, we were most enchanted by Lucca. The name alone sounds romantic, and there are many unique attractions, including traditional narrow streets and ancient churches typical of European towns. The medieval frescoed walls, the well-preserved tower, and the breathtaking "Leaning Tower" are definitely worth a visit! »

« Lucerne was amazing for us!! »

« Lucerne is an incredibly beautiful city with its unique aura. You fall in love with its streets, parks, and waterfront from the very first moments, and it's a place you want to return to forever. 🌟❤️ »

« Lucerne left a more lasting impression of Switzerland than everything else we experienced during those days. It's hard to explain why... Perhaps it's mainly the atmosphere. The narrow streets and small squares reminiscent of Venice, street musicians like in Florence, and a touch of French architecture in some corners... In the photo: the view from the terrace of our hotel located on the mountain with the best outlook over the city. To get down, you can take a funicular, walk 10 minutes to the center, or drive just 2 minutes. »
