Heydar Aliyev Center
Heydar Aliyev Center rises in the heart of Baku along Heydar Aliyev Avenue, showcasing an innovative design by renowned architect Zaha Hadid. Opened in 2012, this cultural center is notable for its fluid, futuristic shape that represents the advanced aspirations of Azerbaijan. Functioning as a space for exhibitions and cultural events, it draws visitors keen to explore its diverse collections and architectural tours. In the summer months, particularly from June to August, the center often hosts special exhibitions and programs that celebrate local and international art. Visitors can immerse themselves in a variety of visual arts, including photography and installations, all while marveling at the iconic building, which measures 75,000 square meters in total area.
