Highland Park
Highland Park rises above Baku's bustling cityscape, offering a panoramic view of the Caspian Sea and the iconic Flame Towers. Officially named "Tizgine Park," this green space was established during the Soviet era and has since become a popular recreational area. Walking through the park, visitors can enjoy its well-maintained pathways and lush gardens, highlighted by a range of local flora and inviting benches perfect for relaxation. The park is especially vibrant in April when spring blooms add color to the landscape. Guests can also explore the pathways that lead to the impressive Shahidlar Memorial, a tribute to those who lost their lives in the 20th-century conflicts, making it an engaging spot for both reflection and leisure.
