« Bucharest seems like a really strange city for now. We took a stroll around the city center. European architecture coexists with rundown shantytowns, and a Roma family lives under the awning of a neighboring building, while stylish Romanians in suits walk past homeless people sleeping in the underpasses. Dozens of Renault Logan taxis, just like back home, are everywhere. Trendy bars and upscale restaurants are abundant. Prices are quite comparable to those in big cities. Just one electric panel is worth a mention. I have a feeling street art here is at a high level. »

« At train stations and airports, you can always find all sorts of essentials for your journey. Bucharest Airport is no exception. For instance, there’s a café selling a bike. You never know, maybe you forgot yours at home. It's reasonably priced at €13,000, excluding tax. 🚴‍♂️ »

« We walked around Bucharest for 6 hours. What can I say? The city feels a bit impoverished, and it's quite dirty; the cleaning leaves much to be desired. Many buildings are in ruins, even in the center. The prices are reasonable, and the restaurants are nice. Romanian cuisine is a matter of taste, but the locals are very kind (with the exception of some taxi drivers). It seems like people here live modestly, as they dress quite simply. That's about it. »

« In Bucharest, you'll often come across flower stalls and stylish flower shops. The bouquets are everywhere, very high quality and with a unique twist. At the same time, the bouquets are made from reasonably priced flowers. Prices are about half of what you'd find in major cities. Occasionally, you might find some wilted items... One interesting detail is how they wrap a rose with a wide satin ribbon tied around the stem. 🌹✨ »

« Bucharest, the inscription translates to Quality and low prices. The house is very old. »
