« Today I visited the Belgrade Zoo, which is quite interesting, by the way, and it only costs $4! Behind the modest enclosures, there is a great variety of animals, including some exotic ones. There’s plenty to see and enough to keep you occupied :) »

« Gas prices, on the other hand, are not very encouraging. Divide by two to get an approximate price in dollars. »

« For 380 dinars (about $3.25!), this guy wraps suitcases at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade. »

« At the airport, despite the early arrival, I was able to exchange money without any hassle (there was a very convenient terminal for it) and found a free tourist center with maps and information about all the possible attractions in the city. I took a city bus to the city center for 300 dinars and went for a stroll. »

« We found out they weren't the kindest folks after all. We parked our car for just 10 minutes while we ran into a store, and when we came back, the car was gone. We ended up locating it 3 kilometers away at the impound lot, and the fines were a whopping 120 dollars for improper parking (that's with a so-called discount). »

« This morning I had yoga. The first class is free, then it's $1.50. This graffiti illustrates the thesis "Alena the athlete." »
