« So, Bratislava. A strange city - it seems to have a lot, but nothing really grabs you. It feels like pieces of various capitals were collected here, but, unfortunately, not in the best way. Still, something tells me I'll return here... at least to the bar. »

« Today was all about a trip to Slovakia, Bratislava. I can't speak for the entire country, but I certainly got a feel for the city. When our train pulled into Bratislava Hlavná Stanica, it felt like we had arrived in a small village, not in a city with a rich history and once the capital of a great state. An Uber driver swiftly took us to the historical center, which is completely pedestrian-friendly, and it did not disappoint. The city captured in photos showcases its contradictions, but it’s stunning—just like the new bridge over the Danube, topped with the UFO restaurant. »
