Phnom Kbal Spean

  Phnom Kbal Spean, nestled approximately 16 kilometers north of Siem Reap, is an archaeological site famous for its riverbed carvings dating back to the 11th century. This historic site is also known as "River of a Thousand Lingas," where over 1,000 stone carvings representing Hindu deities are etched into the riverbed. Visitors can explore the lush surroundings while hiking the 600-meter trail leading to the main carvings, set amidst a beautiful forested area.
