Mai Khao Beach

  Mai Khao Beach stretches along the northwest coast of Phuket, just north of the popular Nai Yang Beach. This tranquil beach, measuring about 11 kilometers, is recognized for its unique turtle conservation project, which has been part of the area since the early 2000s. Visitors come to Mai Khao Beach primarily for its extensive sand and lesser crowds, making it ideal for relaxation and long beach walks. Particularly during the months of November to April, the beach offers perfect conditions for sunbathing and swimming.
