Perched atop Mount Nho in Vung Tau, the Jesus Christ Statue stands as a prominent landmark. Completed in 1974, this towering figure stretches 32 meters tall, including its 4-meter base, making it the largest statue of Christ in Asia. Designed to symbolize peace and goodwill, visitors can climb the 133 steps that lead to the statue's outstretched arms, offering a panoramic view of the coastline below. Open year-round, the site attracts many during the dry months of December to April. At the base, you’ll find informational plaques detailing its history, inviting exploration and reflection.
