Experimentarium City
Experimentarium City, situated in the vibrant district of Hellerup in Copenhagen, serves as an interactive science center that encourages visitors to explore the wonders of science and technology. Opened in 1991, it was originally part of a larger initiative to foster interest in STEM education among children. The main feature of the facility is its hands-on exhibits that engage guests of all ages, allowing them to experiment with concepts related to physics, biology, and chemistry. Between April and October, families can enjoy extended hours to fully appreciate all the activities available, including a planetarium and a virtual reality experience. Visitors can engage in a variety of experiments and demonstrations, making it a popular destination for both school groups and curious locals.
