  Talvipuutarha sits at 20 Laaksotie in the heart of Helsinki, adjacent to the bustling Eläintarha park. Established in 1893, this botanical garden is one of the oldest of its kind in Finland, showcasing a diverse collection of tropical and subtropical plant species. The main feature of Talvipuutarha is its impressive glass house, which spans 2,000 square meters and provides a lush habitat for around 600 different plant varieties. While it's a year-round attraction, spring months like May are particularly vibrant, with flowers and plants bursting into life. Visitors can stroll through the garden paths, marvel at the seasonal displays, and learn about various plant species in a tranquil setting.
