Parc Monceau
Parc Monceau sits at the edge of the 8th arrondissement in Paris, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Boulevard de Courcelles. Dating back to 1769, it was initially designed as a private garden for the Duke of Chartres, making it one of the city’s oldest parks. Today, Parc Monceau serves as a peaceful green space where visitors can enjoy leisurely strolls along its winding paths, which measure about 800 meters in length. In April, the park comes alive with blooming cherry trees, inviting picnics and family outings. Visitors can also admire the collection of picturesque statues and a charming little pond, enriching their experience in this elegant urban retreat.
