Eduardo VII park

  Eduardo VII Park sits majestically above the bustling Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. Established in 1934, this expansive green space spans about 25 hectares and was named in honor of Edward VII of the United Kingdom during his visit in 1902. The park features a striking array of beautifully manicured gardens, with the prominent topiary hedges creating a unique geometric design. Early spring, especially April, is a delightful time to visit when the park's diverse plant species, including over 100 varieties of trees and flowers, burst into bloom.
