Madison Square Park
Madison Square Park sits at the heart of Manhattan, bordered by 23rd Street to the north and Fifth Avenue to the east. Dating back to 1847, it's one of New York's oldest parks and originally served as a parade ground for Revolutionary troops. This urban oasis features a large lawn, beautifully landscaped gardens, and the iconic Shake Shack for a quick bite. In the spring, particularly in April, the park bursts into color with cherry blossoms and tulips, drawing both locals and visitors. While you’re there, take a moment to enjoy the various public art installations and the views of the historic Flatiron Building nearby.
