Lombard Street
Lombard Street, famously known as the "crookedest street in the world," is located in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. Built in 1922, it features eight sharp hairpin turns over a steep, one-block section measuring about 600 feet. This unique design was implemented to reduce the steepness of the hill and make it more navigable for vehicles. In the spring months of April and May, visitors can enjoy the vibrant blooming of the colorful hydrangeas that line the street. Guests can stroll or drive down this iconic road while taking in views of the quaint Victorian homes and the stunning cityscapes.
