« ***One week until the new year!!! 😌😌😌 It's almost time to reflect on the past year, but for now, here’s my TOP-10 cities that have truly impressed me and inspired me. 🥰🥰🥰 In 10th place, Zagreb, the capital of Croatia!!! A charming city, peaceful and quiet, with many interesting spots, parks, and museums. :) The stunning blue trams (by the way, some of the best in Europe, according to the locals, of course) 🚌💙 are delightful. A fun local language, sometimes familiar, sometimes amusing. I remember how my friend in a souvenir shop was amazed when I explained that we have 'sorok' instead of 'četvrti' like them; it's just not logical! 😻😻😻

What’s logical is that fifty is called 'pedeset' – makes sense because it’s ‘five tens’. By the way, I clearly remember how much a coffee cost at the Zagreb Cathedral café – fifty kuna… About $7! That’s it, all that sticks in my memory about Zagreb… and the blue trams! 😎😎😎 They are, indeed, super cute! 😂😂😂*** »

« Ha! Thought I was done with my photos? Not at all! I got a bit too relaxed and haven’t shared pictures from my trip to two cities yet, so here’s a shoutout to Zagreb 👋✨.

For some reason, I've heard a few negative reviews about this city, but honestly, it charmed us way more than various popular tourist spots (I won’t name them, but let’s just say right now I'm dreaming of enjoying the scenery instead).

So if you’re ever wondering whether it’s worth heading to Zagreb—just go for it! 😎✈️ »

« I love this city! 😍 This is Zagreb. And everything is true! The love for this city, the country, the people – it’s everlasting! 🇭🇷

And for the magnificent Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, always worth a visit. ⛪ Inside the cathedral, you'll find practically all styles represented! And just wait until you see the beauty of the interiors!!! 🌠

A soulful calmness... 🌈 Tuffu-tuffu!!!! 😱 »

« A sunny winter day in Zagreb. I spent around 2 months in this city and I can say I fell in love with it! A beautiful, calm city... And yet, it is the capital of Croatia, the largest city in the country. I highly recommend visiting here. »

« Zagreb wasn't particularly impressive. In a day, we managed to explore the entire old town, stroll through the botanical garden, and visit the zoo, which left the most vivid impressions of this city :) »

« Zagreb is so lively and diverse - I really like it in many ways. But I was a bit disappointed to find that in every cafe and restaurant, it feels like they try to overcharge you. I really expected better from the locals. It's unfortunate to say this, but it’s become frustrating - there’s often an extra coffee or dish on the bill, and you have to check your change very carefully. It still feels a bit behind on the European standard. »
