« Arriving in Hanover, you will likely find yourself here first - at the only train station in the city, which claims to be the leading one in Germany in terms of the number of shops and cafes. It is located practically in the center of the city, which is very convenient for sightseeing. The first landmark to check out is the equestrian statue of King Ernst-August I, which stands right on the station square. People gather by the statue for friendly meetups and romantic dates, and during holidays, just like in other town squares, colorful and delicious markets pop up. 😊 »

« Hannover. Old Town Hall. Address: Karmarschstrasse 42. An amazing example of Gothic style. The construction of the building took nearly 100 years. The oldest part of the structure was built in 1410, later extended with the Merchant Hall, the Apothecary, and the Market wings. The Old Town Hall of Hannover is famous not only as a historical landmark but also as a unique architectural monument. Its exterior features elements from various styles. The building is adorned with stone carvings and stucco representing German princes with their family crests, scenes of urban life, folk festivals, and medieval festivities. A striking detail on the façade is the depiction of the hero of German folklore – Till Eulenspiegel – the jester and jokester, sticking his tongue out to passersby. 😊 »

« If you try hard enough, you can spot me against the backdrop of one of Hanover's main attractions - the City Hall. I’m sure there’s plenty more to see and explore in Hanover, but we only had an hour, and the most famous “picture” was right in front of me - I was desperate to get there! »
