« The churches with blue domes on the island of Santorini in Greece are the most recognizable landmarks. »

« I want to return to Santorini for another three days! Beyond the enchanting Oia and Fira, there’s so much more to see: the Akrotiri archaeological site, ancient Fira, and the active and dormant volcanoes Nea and Palea Kameni! So, I think I'll be back here again! 🌞✨ »

« A visit to this island is absolutely worth it! Narrow streets paved with white stones, white-and-blue churches, and tiny houses cascading down toward the sea... it’s all so beautiful and breathtaking! 😊 »

« Today, my husband surprised me with a delightful gift: a trip to Santorini, the most beautiful island in Europe. The impressions are beyond words! If you're considering a getaway in Greece, make sure to take the opportunity to visit this island! It’s just a 2.5-hour ferry ride from Crete, and you can spend the whole day there from morning till evening. I wouldn't recommend bringing young children, though; little ones might find it challenging to handle the trip—there's a lot of bus travel, wandering through narrow crowded streets, and climbing up to the fortress. But you will get to see the villa of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, the place where Homer was born and died, indulge in delicious ice cream, swim in the Aegean Sea, sunbathe on the black sand beach, have coffee at a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the Caldera, pick up some interesting souvenirs, and just have a fantastic time! 🌅🍦🏖️ »

« Today I visited the volcano that I admired from my hotel during sunset. It was this volcano that erupted between 1628 and 1500 BC, believed to have destroyed the Minoan civilization on Santorini, while causing a crisis across the rest of the region. Some scholars think it transformed the circular island into an archipelago.

And the volcano is beautiful! 🌋✨ »
