« - Modern, well-kept, clearly defined, and, surprisingly, quite unusual breed. By mid-day, there were no more cubes, rubiks, or triangles laying around. Instead, the whole place was filled with homes. The entire building is two old structures, and they were locked up. It's worth seeing, but staying isn't quite appealing. :) »

« Rotterdam was fascinating with its modernism, vibrant architecture, and a unique blend of old and new. The city feels alive with creativity, and each building seems to tell a story.🚢 The highlight for me was the stunning Markthal, not just for its impressive design, but also for the amazing food scene inside. You can find everything from local cheeses to international delicacies. 🧀🍜

Taking a stroll along the waterfront, I enjoyed the mix of high-rises and green spaces, which creates such a refreshing vibe. The public transport is pretty efficient too, making it easy to jump from one spot to another without hassle.

I also loved the street art around the city; it gives Rotterdam a cheerful and edgy feel. 🎨 The atmosphere invites exploration, and every corner has something new to discover.

If you’re looking for a place that perfectly balances innovation and liveliness, Rotterdam is definitely worth a visit! ✈️ »

« About Rotterdam. Let's start with the fact that everyone aims to visit Amsterdam, while Rotterdam often gets overlooked, which is a shame! Rotterdam has a very "child-friendly" atmosphere 😊 Calm, clean, welcoming, and a "cozy" little town with plenty of beautiful spots. »

« Rotterdam didn't quite charm me; there are hardly any old landmarks—most of it is glass and concrete. And I still don't understand where to find the local herring; I really want to try it, but it seems to be nowhere! 😊 »

« I really liked Rotterdam; of course, it’s not your typical Dutch town. In older cities, you marvel at how people could have built such things so long ago, while in Rotterdam, you take some pride in the fact that people can build amazing things now. »
