Treptower Park
Treptower Park sits along the banks of the Spree River in Berlin's Treptow district. Dating back to the 1950s, it was designed as a War Memorial Park and features the impressive Soviet War Memorial, a notable landmark that stands 12 meters tall. This expansive park covers around 210 acres, providing extensive green space for walking, cycling, and picnicking. In April, visitors can enjoy the sight of cherry blossoms lining the paths, making it a lovely spot for spring strolls. In addition to historical monuments, the park is home to several playgrounds and a picturesque waterside promenade.
