Getting Around
Bus
Valencia's buses cover the city extensively, costing €1.50 per ride, with tickets available on board or via the EMT app, operational from 6am to midnight. For a money-saving hack, consider the Bonobus card (€9.20 for 10 rides) to save on multiple trips, especially if you're exploring the Ciutat Vella and the Oceanogràfic!
On Foot
Valencia’s central area, including the City of Arts and Sciences and the historic Barrio del Carmen, is incredibly walkable, allowing you to explore for free—just swap out costly public transport for your own two feet. To make the most of your stroll, grab a local map at the tourist office to discover hidden gems in the stunning Turia Gardens and avoid the busy streets.

« My verdict will be short and simple: you can visit Valencia in February when the weather is just perfect. The city welcomes you with its warm sunshine, pleasant sea, and... nothing more 😏
You don’t need to stay in Valencia for more than 3 days since it’s possible to cover the highlights in that time (or even less), see all the attractions that are definitely worth visiting, and enjoy some unique spots that make the trip worthwhile - like the Bioparc 🦁 Animals live in a single ecosystem, not separated by strict borders. You might even catch a glimpse of their everyday life and witness love in the air ❤️
See you, Valencia 🤗 »
