Mirabellgarten
Dating back to the early 18th century, Mirabellgarten is a beautifully arranged formal garden located near the Mirabell Palace in Salzburg. Originally designed for Prince-Archbishop Wolf-Dietrich von Raitenau, the garden is renowned for its symmetrical layout, featuring a captivating marble statue of "Hellbrunn" in the center and meticulously sculpted hedges throughout. Visitors can stroll along the pathways, taking in the vibrant floral displays and the ornate fountains while getting great views of the fortress above. Open year-round, the garden offers a unique charm in every season, but spring, especially in April, brings a burst of colorful blooms that add vibrancy to the landscape. In addition to enjoying the scenery, guests often take the opportunity to snap photos or relax in one of the many benches that line the paths.
